Leah Fe Balbutin
Loyalty Experience Specialist
Leah knows that operations don't run on good intentions, they run on accuracy. Somebody has to be the person who catches the number that's off by one, the record that doesn't match, the detail that would've become a problem three steps down the line. That person is Leah.
She brings a background as an Operations Manager, where she managed daily business operations end to end, from drafting business plans to designing the marketing advertisements that supported them. As a Detail-oriented Data Entry Encoder, she built the discipline of checking data for accuracy, managing inventory, and keeping records clean enough to trust without a second look.
At CEA, Leah applies that same operational rigor to loyalty program execution, treating every dataset, every record, and every detail as something worth getting exactly right. She understands that loyalty programs live or die on the accuracy behind them, and she's built her entire career around being the person who makes sure nothing slips through.
For the convenience retailers and fuel brands CEA supports, Leah is the reason the details hold up, campaign after campaign, record after record.
Sophia Marshall
Loyalty Experience Specialist
Sophia knows loyalty marketing isn’t won in the strategy deck, but in the execution that follows and the discipline to measure every step.
At CEA, she leads end-to-end loyalty marketing for convenience retailers and fuel brands, managing campaign coordination, performance tracking, CRM segmentation, and program optimization. She bridges customer insight and execution, ensuring every initiative is built to perform, measured clearly, and improved continuously from strategy through rollout.
Her experience spans healthcare staffing, high-volume recruitment, customer service, and nonprofit communications, where she developed strong operational discipline, CRM fluency, and client-facing communication skills that now shape her marketing approach.
What sets Sophia apart is her ability to turn data into clear next steps. She stays connected to performance beyond reporting, linking insights to action and ensuring programs are accountable to outcomes, not just activity, consistently turning loyalty data into improved strategy and results.
Andrea Pérez Soberón
Loyalty Experience Specialist
Andrea knows that great design isn't decoration. It's direction. And in an industry as competitive as convenience retail, the brands that win customer attention before they reach the pump or the door are the ones built with intention from the start.
At CEA, she brings a formal background in graphic and visual communication, refined through agency work and an academic exchange at the Complutense University of Madrid, to the task of building brand systems that don't just look the part. They perform it.
Her approach begins with concept integrity: visual languages built to scale, creative systems that hold their shape across every campaign, and design decisions that compound over time. Where other creative work fades into the background, Andrea's earns attention before a single word is read.
Andrea also leads CEA's Latin American Growth Division, a dedicated bilingual capability built to unlock the fastest-growing consumer segment in convenience retail. Combining cultural fluency with loyalty strategy, she bridges the gap between brand intent and the customer experience that actually drives measurable growth across Spanish-speaking communities.
For the convenience retailers and fuel brands she supports, Andrea is the reason the creative not only looks right but works harder with every execution.
